Meet The Team
For me, being a therapist is more than just a career—it is a profound calling. I approach my work with a deep-seated passion for helping people navigate the complexities of their most important relationships. I believe that healing happens within the context of connection, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they rediscover hope and resilience.
My Approach
I specialize in couples therapy, helping partners break through old patterns to build a foundation of trust and intimacy. In addition to my work with couples, I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families as they work through life’s transitions, trauma, and relational challenges. My goal is to provide a warm, “down to earth” and vulnerable space where you can share things that you have not felt safe to share before.
Education & Expertise
My clinical foundation is built on a strong human-centered background and a commitment to specialized care:
Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling – Messiah University
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology – Shippensburg University
Specializations: I utilize Relational Life Therapy, trauma-informed care and systemic approaches to help clients foster long-term healing.
Fees & Insurance
Currently, I am a self-pay provider and do not accept insurance. This is due to current provisional licensing constraints.
Self-Pay Rate: $130 per session
Payment Methods: Major credit cards, check, cash and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.
Let’s Connect
I know how important it is to find the right therapeutic match. To help you determine if my approach is the right fit for your goals, I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This is a low-pressure way for us to chat, discuss what you’re looking for, and see how we might work together.

Outside the Office
When I’m not in session, I find joy in the creative and the communal. I have a passion for the artistry of make-up, love connecting with God in nature, and enjoy unwinding with the latest reality TV shows. Above all, I cherish quality time spent laughing and connecting with my close friends and family.

I believe that the best therapy happens when there is room for authentic connection. For me, the therapeutic relationship is built on humor, adaptability, and deep relationality. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I meet you exactly where you are, bringing a grounded and flexible presence to our work together.
My Approach
I have a diverse clinical background, ranging from my early experience in child welfare to working with complex psychological and systemic challenges. I specialize in supporting clients through:
Complex Relational Trauma: Helping individuals heal from deeply rooted interpersonal wounds.
Religious Trauma & High-Demand Groups: Supporting those navigating the transition out of cults or restrictive religious environments.
Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD): Providing a stable, compassionate framework for managing intense emotions and relationship patterns.
Relationship Issues: Working with individuals and couples to foster healthier, more resilient connections.
Education & Experience
My academic and professional journey has been rooted in the local community:
Master of Social Work (MSW) – Shippensburg University
Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) – Shippensburg University
Fees & Insurance
I believe in making quality care accessible and am pleased to accept specific insurance plans in Pennsylvania, in addition to self-pay options.
Insurance: I accept Medicaid plans in Franklin and Cumberland County, including Highmark Wholecare and AmeriHealth Caritas. I do not accept Geisinger at this time.
Self-Pay Rate: $130 per session.
Let’s Connect
Finding the right therapist is about finding the right "vibe." To ensure we are a good match for your journey, I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This gives us a chance to connect and discuss how my approach can support your specific needs.
Outside the Office
When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me outdoors. I am an avid ultra-marathoner and trail runner, finding clarity in long miles on the trail. I am also deeply passionate about the land—whether it’s native habitat restoration, foraging, gardening, or getting lost in the music at a live concert.
